One of the priorities of REDGPS. (hereinafter the "Company") is to respect the privacy of its Users and to endeavor to keep secure the information and personal data that the Company collects as a result of its use of the System (the "Information").
The Company hereby informs the User what type of information it collects, how it stores it, what is the purpose of its archiving, how it protects it, what is the scope of its confidentiality commitment and what are the rights of the User as the owner of the Information.
What type of information does the Company collect?
a) Compulsory Information:
In order for the User to use the System, the Company needs to know the following information:

- Names, surnames, document (National Identity Document - DNI) and e-mail address of the User are necessary for the User to be able to register on the Site and open his RedGPS account.
- Your adress,
The above information must be truthful and complete at all times. The User shall in any case be responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided and in no case shall the Company be liable for it. The Company reserves the right to restrict access to the System to any User who has provided false information, notwithstanding any other actions that may be taken in accordance with the law.
b) Other information:
Likewise, when processing each transaction, the Company records information about the operations carried out by the User. The Company also generates and systematizes information by means of surveys to the Users with the purpose of obtaining demographic data, as well as other statistical information to make its service more efficient and to improve the User's experience, allowing to identify him/her individually.
The Company may use IP (Internet Protocol) information to analyze trends, administer the Site and gather demographic information. Such IP addresses will not be used by the Company to identify Users, except in cases where possible fraudulent activity is being investigated.
Finally, the Company may require additional information from the User related to the optimization of the services offered by the Site.
How does the Company store the Information?
When the User enters his personal data to the Company's server, these are transformed into codes that travel in encrypted form from his computer to the Company's server. Once the data that the Company needs to know is received, it is decoded and processed, with the exception of the security measures (including the personal password) that remain constantly encrypted in the database.
Purpose of the file.
The Company uses the Information obtained to procure an efficient service and provide better attention to the User. The Company will not sell, assign or transfer the Information in any way. The Company will use User information to resolve disputes, resolve problems and enforce terms and conditions. In certain circumstances, The Company may review User information to identify problems or resolve disputes.
How does The Company protect Information?
The Company will incorporate mechanisms to protect the Information, in order to reasonably avoid deviations and its adulteration, loss, consultation or unauthorized treatment. The Company works with SSL 128 bits, the highest commercially available encryption, so that the information cannot be read while it travels through the Internet.
Nevertheless, the Company cannot guarantee the absolute security or confidentiality of the Information, since the Internet is an open electronic network. In addition, each User creates a record protected by a user name and a personal password. When used in combination with the User name, it allows the User to access his or her personal information and RedGPS account.
The Company allows its employees access to the Information to process customer service requests or for fraud control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, data necessary to perform operations, such as the User's personal password, are not available to any employee, executive or advisor of the Company, since they are automatically encrypted by the Company's database when entered.
Confidentiality Commitment.
The Company shall not disclose the Information to third parties except when:
- The User expressly authorizes it.
- It is required by law, decree or administrative resolution.
- It is in compliance with a judicial resolution.
- The Site is used to commit illegal activities, or cause damage or harm to the Company or its assets, other Users or third parties and the dissemination of the Information serves to identify, locate or carry out legal actions against those who carry out such activities or cause such damage or harm.
Rights of the Owner of the Information
As the owner of the Information, the User shall have the right to access his/her personal data included in the Company's database, by entering his/her user name and password, and to rectify and update such Information.
Contact with the Users
The Company may contact those Users who expressly authorize it, in order to offer them certain services it considers of interest to them.
Modifications to the Privacy Policy
The Company reserves the right to make modifications to this Privacy Policyat any time, and adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudence, as well as market practices. It is under the User's responsibility to periodically check the same to be aware of possible modifications. The Company will announce herein any change to be introduced, reasonably in advance of its implementation. Once introduced on the Site, the modification will automatically come into effect.
