AS3 (E) has an internal rechargeable battery that makes it an ideal solution for managing assets that are normally connected to permanent power but can be disconnected for periods of time. The AS3 (E) product has an optimal design for operating environments with an IP67 rating, providing total protection against temperature, dust, and water spray. AS3 (E) on the other hand has GPIO that allow for a wide range of applications.
