GSM-terminals FORT-300 are successfully used in transport monitoring systems and other moving objects. The presence of 6 digital and 4 analog inputs allows you to connect various sensors to the terminals to monitor the current status of the object (fuel consumption, temperature, door opening, movement in the cabin, etc.). There is also a built-in RS-232 port for communication with smart sensors or controllers (for example, a CAN-bus controller).
All information obtained through sensors about the object can be sent to the monitoring center via SMS messages, voice calls, or through GPRS. The reliability of delivering received information about the object in the event of a possible failure or unavailability of the GSM network is achieved by storing it in memory ("black box" function) and transmitting it to the operator at the first opportunity.
The distinguishing feature of Fort-300GL is the presence of a GLONASS/GPS Geos-receiver-1M. The receiver determines the current value of coordinates, speed, and altitude in the signals of both GLONASS and GPS NAVSTAR navigation systems simultaneously, which greatly increases the accuracy of the data. GLONASS and GPS receive channels are separate, providing high interference resistance and device reliability.
