Design, integration, and production of a system for monitoring variables of LED panels. The main card is capable of communicating via Ethernet to a local network, which allows the user to transmit and receive sensor data. The main card, called Master, can communicate via RS485 with other cards, called slaves. The Master card is capable of collecting data from the sensors connected to each of the Slave cards and, along with its own data, packaging and transmitting it to the user. Each slave card can have sensors such as: DC voltage sensor, fan current consumption sensor, luminosity sensor, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, and door opening sensor. It is also capable of turning on or off the fans, activating a relay, activating a buzzer as an alarm, and displaying indicators on LEDs. It can display data on an LCD and, along with buttons, create a user interface for local manipulation. The main card has sensors such as: fan current consumption sensor, current and voltage sensor up to 220VAC, current and voltage sensor up to 24VDC, door opening sensor, luminosity sensor, humidity sensor, and temperature sensor. The last three can be internal and external in case the card is placed in a cabinet. It is also capable of turning on or off the fans, activating five relays, activating a buzzer as an alarm, and displaying indicators on LEDs. It can display data on an LCD and, along with buttons, create a user interface for local manipulation.
