SMART devices S-2420, S-2421, S-2422, S-2423, and S-2435 (hereinafter referred to as SMART), manufactured by Navtelecom LLC, are wireless (based on standard GSM communication) car warning and monitoring system with integrated GLONASS/GPS and GSM antennas.
